Love me Tinder!

Written and directed by France Ortelli and Thomas Bornot

Discover what love 2.0 is all about, through a generation that's not afraid to assert its independence.

The Tinder dating app was launched in 2012 in Los Angeles. Today, it boasts more than 10 million daily active users. Two Parisian journalists, France and Thomas, signed up and filmed their adventures. They discover the codes inherent in Internet dating. Love Me Tinder! is an experiment in Gonzo journalism, filmed largely with smartphones. The narrators sketch a portrait of their generation, that of hyper-connected but profoundly lonely young city-dwellers, with on-camera testimonials from young users.
