They are thirty years old, they have a fiery energy and extraordinary charisma. In 2011, a group of young Senegalese created the “Y’en a marre” (“Enough is enough” in English) movement. When they took the lead of social protest against the regime, they did not know that they would soon be part of the Great History. They are the symbol of an African youth rooted in time, open to the world, eager for culture, committed to democracy, far from Western stereotypes on Africa.
