Let’s talk about engagement follows Let’s talk about work and Let’s talk about pensions, interactive surveys on work and pensions, produced by CFDT, Upian and Yami 2 in 2016 and 2018, and having gathered more than 200,000 and 120,000 respondents respectively.

Let’s talk about engagement is an anonymous questionnaire proposed by CFDT that asks workers, but also students and retirees, about their perceptions and expectations of engagement.

The results of the survey will be analyzed for a restitution to CFDT structures during its confederal congress which will take place from 13 to 17 June 2022.

A large online questionnaire

Composed of about a hundred questions, the questionnaire was created with the help of two sociologists specializing in syndicalism and issues related to engagement. It covers all the main aspects of engagement, from associations to syndicalism and activism. Its objective is to measure the perception of syndicalism and militant commitment.

The “results” page is enriched in real time by the figures collected by the online questionnaire.
