TIME TO QUESTION
Since June 2020, ARTE has mobilized all its distribution channels with the special operation "Time to question". This exceptional device was launched on May 27, 2020 through an online consultation on ecology, democracy, values and behaviors. The participatory survey, imagined and then analyzed by a Franco-German team of sociologists, breaks down many preconceived ideas and reveals the vision of tomorrow's world by the citizens of France, Germany and several other countries. From November 24th to 27th, 2020, ARTE entrusts its antenna during four special evenings to young French and German documentary filmmakers. They were inspired by the answers to the questionnaire to film their generation facing the challenges of a world in turmoil. A world that, in their opinion, it is time to change.

THE STORY OF DRUG TRAFFICKING
Drug trafficking was invented by one state: the United Kingdom. In the 19th century, the British Crown flooded China with opium to replenish its coffers. From the outset, opium, heroin and cocaine became political instruments in the hands of states.
